The hotel has a great location with easy access to many attractions. the rooms have nice balconies and some even have small kitchenettes which is an added convenience. the swimming pools and Aventyrbadet provide plenty of entertainment for families.

The service in some areas of the hotel is unsatisfactory. the staff in the restaurant and grill require better training on customer service skills, and many guests have expressed displeasure with the cleanliness of the rooms and lack of frequent cleaning.

I loved the location and the fact that I had a room with a small kitchenette, which was perfect for my work needs. The balcony also had a great view and was perfect for enjoying the sun in the evening.
